Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and shipping label.

  3. Pack and Ship: Place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and affix the shipping label.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
